1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on sunday or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there are any unavoidable circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time for Standard Shipping is generally 4-5 Days for most locations it can take upto 6-8 Days for the locations mentioned below
Gujarat, Haryana, Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir.
Estimated Delivery Time for Express Shipping is generally 2-3 Days for most locations, it can take upto 4-5 Days for the locations mentioned below
Gujarat, Haryana, Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir.
Standard Shipping in Kolkata will take 1-2 Days, you can choose Rush Shipping for same day delivery.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to remote locations, extreme weather, or carrier delays.
Serviceable Areas: We currently ship to almost every pincodes across India. If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will contact you.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Viral Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For domestic orders within India, GST is already included in your purchase price.
5. Damages and Missing Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We need an "Unboxing Video" as proof for any damage or missing item claims.
If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours.
6. International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be provided upon contacting us
